Terms of Use

Last updated October 2, 2026

The short version

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of Sunday School Faith, including FaithQuiz, Lesson Studio, the marketplace and your account. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and for the groups and classes you run, including making sure you have any permission your parish, school or family requires for children to take part.

Children

Children may take part only in a quiz or class run by an adult account holder, using the code that adult gives them. Ask children for first names or nicknames only, never their full names, addresses or other personal details.

Your content

You keep ownership of the quizzes, lessons and other material you create. You give us a limited permission to store, copy and display it as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with.

Marketplace. When you publish something to the marketplace, you also allow other account holders to view it and use it in their own faith-formation work, including copying and adapting it for their groups, for non-commercial purposes. You can withdraw a listing at any time; copies others already made may remain with them. We review submissions and may decline or remove any listing.

Acceptable use

Please don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, anything unlawful, hateful or inappropriate for children, or anything that misrepresents Church teaching as official when it isn't. Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access other people's accounts.

The service

We work hard to keep Sunday School Faith running and your work safe, but we provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Lesson material, including anything drafted with the AI assistant, is a starting point: you're responsible for reviewing what you teach. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Ending things

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts children or others at risk.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
